Contemplating Capitalism ~

Sorry to see suddenly close . I lost the entire discussion group and valuable questions/links submitted over more than two years. I did not save the feeds, did not know how to until too late.  A warning for social network users.Fisher  “We are completely dependant on the (centralized) commercial banks. Someone has to borrow every dollar in circulation, cash or credit. If the banks create ample synthetic money (through fractional reserve system) we are prosperous; if not we starve. We are absolutely without a permanent money system…It is the most important subject intelligent persons can investigate and reflect upon. It is so important that our present civilization may collapse unless it becomes widely understood and the defects remedied very soon”

– Robert H. Hemphill, Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank, foreword to “100% Money” by Irving Fisher

Susmita Barua, a gifted Transformational Speaker and Social Economic Innovator invites you to a compassionate thought provoking exploration of a little understood and greatly feared beast – the modern mythical dragon called “Capitalism!” May be there is a way to deconstruct this “Tyrannosaurus Rex”, once we are no longer afraid to look at it closely. Maybe we can all be part of a multipurpose solution rather than part of an evergrowing boomeritis of poverty, war, injustice, pollution, institutional and social-mental dysfunctions of all kinds. The evolutionary imperative now is to see how we can collectively engage our minds in addressing this systemwide challenge by using the light of our own awareness and enlightened thinking.

Suggestions for Improvement: Prospects??? Future consideration, what we should do as citizens? What’s being done on an international level?

“We are about to enter a new era of deep Conscious Capitalism where money becomes a reflection of a conscious choice and deliberate design by spontaneous cocreative organic networks of socially aware and engaged citizens within increasingly interdependent local communities and global villages”  – Susmita Barua

I think you got some awesome comments Mita! If you have not spoken in front of a (college) crowd for 20 years, you are to be commended for your actions! Every new semester I have to introduce my words to 100 new students of differing cultures and backgrounds and it is always an “iffy” proposition! They say you can own something after doing it 7 keep up the good work! I am happy you shared this and hope you continue to do your work…

Namaste! Aley E/T @ Zaadz
